Вне зависимости от стадии развития компании, рыночная капитализация является важным компонентом с точки зрения поиска инвестиционного капитала. Устойчивым компаниям с высокой капитализацией легче справиться с конкуренцией, в том числе на высококонцентрированном рынке, а акции таких компаний кажутся инвесторам более привлекательными. В то время как компании с малой капитализацией вынуждены направлять большую часть своих ресурсов на захват рынка, а уровень доверия со стороны инвесторов в данном случае значительно ниже. Важным драйвером роста любой компании является способность руководителя выстроить эффективную коммуникацию между своими подчиненными, брать на себя ответственность за принятие решений и вовремя реагировать на риски. Кроме того, на всех этапах развития компании особую роль играет вовлеченность сотрудников, выражающаяся в разделении ценностей и целей организации.

Regardless of a company’s development stage, market capitalization is an essential component in terms of finding investment capital. It is easier for stable large-cap companies to cope with competition, including on highly concentrated markets, and their stock seems more attractive to investors. While small-cap companies are forced to devote most of their resources to capture the market and investor confidence in this case is much lower. An important driver of any company’s growth is the ability of a CEO to build effective communication among his or her subordinates, take responsibility for decision-making and respond to risks in a timely manner. Moreover, employee engagement, manifested in sharing the values and goals of the company, plays a special role at all stages of its development.
