В настоящей статье приводится критическая оценка экономической эффективности Шанхайской организации сотрудничества (ШОС), в частности, уделяется особое внимание таким странам-участницам, как Россия и Иран, которые сталкиваются с геополитическими вызовами в результате давления со стороны США и стран Европы. Вопреки преобладающим точкам зрения, в рамках которых либо преувеличивают, либо преуменьшают экономический эффект ШОС, данное исследование проливает свет на истинный экономический потенциал организации. Анализируя воздействие американских и европейских санкций на страны-участницы организации, в частности Россию и Иран, в статье подчеркивается важность долгосрочной экономической выгоды, достижимой благодаря сотрудничеству в рамках ШОС. В статье рассматриваются инициативы и общие цели стран-участниц ШОС, в частности те, ключевую роль в реализации которых играют Китай и Россия как движущие силы обеспечения экономической эффективности. Кроме того, в статье подчеркивается потенциал организации для решения проблем, связанных с санкциями, в частности, в области содействия развитию более эффективных систем банковских переводов, что поможет ускорить процесс получения экономического эффекта для стран-участниц

This article critically examines the economic efficiency of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), with a focus on member countries such as Russia and Iran, which face geopolitical challenges from American and European influences. Contrary to prevailing views that either exaggerate or dismiss the economic benefits of the SCO, this study sheds light on the organization’s true economic potential. By addressing the impact of American and European sanctions on member countries, particularly Russia and Iran, the article underscores the significance of long-term economic gains achievable through the collaboration within the SCO. It explores the initiatives and shared goals among member nations, especially those led by China and Russia, as drivers for economic benefits. Additionally, the article emphasizes the potential for resolving challenges related to sanctions, such as facilitating smoother bank transfers, to expedite economic gains for member states.
