The article contains an analysis of the indicators of credit support for the real sector of the economy by the banking systems of Belarus and Russia (member countries of the Union State). Particular attention is focused on the social significance of banks’ participation in the process of lending to the manufacturing industry in the paradigm of internal state development. The relevance of the research areas is determined by the high potential for synergy between the state and the banking system in terms of creating conditions for investment activity and the availability of financial resources for enterprises with a long production cycle in the context of technological backwardness. The results of the study show the feasibility of further qualitative and quantitative development in this direction of both banking systems under the action of the mechanisms of the development state, as well as the use of the Belarusian experience in this area

This practice is actively employed to attract and retain talented employees, as well as to enhance productivity and customer service quality. The paper examines two methodologies for diagnosing the level of employee experience management systems within a specific organisation. Special emphasis is placed on the necessity of establishing a centre of responsibility for this process, as effective experience management requires clear coordination of actions and a strategic approach. The article also explores the job requirements and competencies of the head of employee experience management, highlighting the importance of having qualified specialists capable of developing effective programmes in this area. Furthermore, the article demonstrates the correlation between employee experience and the management style adopted in the organisation. Characteristics of the optimistic management style and its impact on employee motivation are discussed. Additionally, the paper analyses contemporary digital technologies used to create a positive employee experience. In conclusion, the article emphasises that employee experience management is a continuous process requiring active support from senior management and line managers

The article also explores the differences in perception that pose significant obstacles to productive communication between consultants and clients. The author highlights a common mistake by both parties - the assumption of a shared understanding of the problem - which can lead to serious misunderstandings and a deterioration in project outcomes. The author investigates the key mechanisms that contribute to these misunderstandings and proposes several effective methods that may help address these shortcomings and improve the interactions between consultants and clients. In conclusion, the author urges business leaders to move beyond conventional boundaries and to more actively confront the challenges posed by the contemporary business environment
The article explores the significance of eco-packaging as a key element of modern marketing, with particular emphasis on its role in maintaining the ecological sustainability of brands. Packaging serves to protect products, shape brand image, and capture consumer attention, and in the face of global environmental challenges, it has become an important tool in ecological marketing. The application of nanotechnologies and biotechnologies opens up new opportunities for the development of environmentally safe packaging solutions. The article also notes that the use of eco-packaging, including biodegradable and recyclable materials, helps enhance companies’ images and attract environmentally conscious consumers. Special attention is given to the concepts of “green” marketing and their connection to sustainable development goals, such as creating sustainable cities, responsible consumption, and combating climate change. Various methods for implementing eco-packaging are discussed, along with its influence on brand perception and consumer preferences, as well as the necessity for cooperation among all market participants to overcome economic and technological barriers. In conclusion, the author argues that fostering innovation in packaging is an integral component of the “green” economy.
The article examines the economic condition of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) prior to its incorporation into the Russian Federation and analyses the resource potential of the republic, which underpins their mutual integration interests. The indicators are provided confirming that, from the time of the DPR’s formation until the beginning of the Special Military Operation and subsequent territorial unification with Russia, the economy of the Donetsk region underwent significant distortion and was virtually devastated. The volume of production within the territory of the republic decreased by 70%, with the economic potential reaching only 45% of its pre-war level, budget planning was absent, and the population declined by nearly half. The analysis of the DPR’s resource potential has been conducted in the following areas: raw materials production, educational and scientific resources, infrastructure, and human capital. The article highlights the initial economic achievements of the republic following its territorial integration with Russia, thereby confirming the potential for the ongoing integration process
